Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Important information about international orders are listed below. Please familiarize yourself with this information before purchasing internationally.
- Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility.
- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
- These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight or shipping company or when you pick the item up, do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

How is the jewelry packaged?
My jewelry comes in a small jewelry box that it securely packaged in a small padded bubble mailer. Once your package has been sent, I will send you a tracking number so that you can know where your package is and around when it will be delivered. However, Hannah Catherine's is not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages due to shipping.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Please contact me by email through HannahCatherines@yahoo.com within 14 days of your purchase. All items must be returned in their original condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded and the buyer is responsible for all shipment costs when returning the item. Please send me a tracking number when returning an item. Items can be returned to the following address:
